Registration  -  AF | CX | GS | GY | HT | KI |  NF | SB | TL

Day 1 Domain Registered. The domain application is lodged and the domain name reserved, applicable fees are debited from the registrars available credits.

NOTE: Domains that end in AF | CX | KI |  NF | SB | TL will appear with a EPP / WHOIS status of "Delegated - Pending Activation" until activated.  The domains are considered registered but are "parked" until the domain it is activated by the Registrant or Administrative contact.

Day 2 Registration Grace expires. The domain may no longer be deleted by the registrar for a FULL refund.

Day 14 Extended Grace expires. A domain deleted between day two (2) and day 14 will have 80% of the registration fee refunded

NOTE 1: If a domain is deleted after day 14 it is no longer eligible for ANY refund.
NOTE 2: If a domain is deleted in the first 14 days it is "purged" ( deleted ) and instantly available for re-registration.
NOTE 3: domains may NOT be transferred during Grace or Extended Grace ( days 1 -14 ).

Day 15 Domain may be transferred, from this day onwards there are no registry refunds if deleted.

Renewal

Same as above with the exception that the Registrant must respond to the confirm the accuracy of the contact information within 35 days of renewal or the domain may face suspension.

Expiry

Expiry  1 > 7. Renewal Grace,  no change of status.
 
Expiry +7.  Seven days after expiry a domain will be Suspended. Suspended domains are "Parked" by CoCCA on a generic website that provides a link to the registrar.

NOTE 1:

A domain with a status of "Suspended" maybe be renewed as per normal ( no restore fees ). 

Domains are Suspended from Expiry +8 until Expiry +14

NOTE 2:

If a registrar wants to "park" expired domains on a registrar page they can do this by changing the name servers on expiry. 

Starting on day eight (8 ) the registrar parking ( if enabled ) would be over-ridden by the registry parking.

Expiry +14 The domain is deleted and goes into a "Pending Delete - Redemption Possible" state for 14 days.  Once a domain goes to the "Pending Delete" state it is dropped from the zone and is no longer parked CoCCA's Suspended page.

NOTE: Restoring a domain does not automatically renew the domain, auto-renew on redemption is a preference that can be set by registrars in the control panel. The restore fee is 50% of the annual registration fee.

Expiry +28 Twenty eight days after expiry a domain goes into "Pending Purge" and may NOT be restored.

Expiry +35 domain is deleted ( purged from the registry ) and available on a first-come first-served basis.

Transfers

Transfers with AuthCode are instant.

Transfer requests made without an AuthCode automatically expire ( are cancelled ) if not approved within 7 days.

There is a $25 dollar transfer fee for AF | CX | KI |  NF | SB | TL
